How it works
- It is the same patient area as on the web, adapted to your phone: you sign in with your usual username and password.
- It installs from your browser in seconds, without any app store, and updates itself.
- Your health data are not stored on the phone: they are securely retrieved from our platform each time you open it.
- Anything that needs a bigger screen, such as the initial questionnaire, opens on the web, and a button at the top right takes you back to the app.

- 3Open the «Equipo Inmune» icon on your home screen and sign in with your patient area username and password.

Who are we?
A team of physicians specialised in Immunology, trained through the MIR residency programme at leading university hospitals in Spain. We see patients with reproductive problems, autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiencies and other immune system disorders.
Do you work with fertility clinics?
Yes. We work with specialists and assisted reproduction clinics in Spain and other countries, with unified diagnostic protocols and laboratories that use standardised, internationally validated techniques.
How do I book an in-person appointment?
Email us at pacientes@equipoinmune.com with your name and email address. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I manage my account?
Sign in with your email and password. From your area you can update your details and communication preferences and see your appointment history.
Is my data safe?
All browsing is over an encrypted connection (SSL) and your personal data are protected under the GDPR.
Can I manage more than one account?
Each account is linked to a unique email address. To manage several (for example, for different family members), register them with different email addresses.
